Few days ago, my friend sent me a text message. She was my ex-colleague while we were working in banking industries. Now she is in the health and beauty industry. A month ago while we had a reunion event with our friends from the same ex employer, she looks very smashing, so fresh and glowing. Changing focus in our life indeed changes us and I’m so happy that her decision affect significantly to her healthy lifestyle.
Now, let’s get back to her text message. It was a rare one.
Why?
It’s because she was sharing seven practical health tips for our daily life. There are common mistakes we might usually do that could slowly deteriorate our healthy living.
Check them out below what are those seven tips to improve your healthy lifestyle:
1. Answer a phone call with your left ear.
2. Never drink a medicine with cold water.
3. Avoid having heavy meals at evening after 6 p.m.
4. Drink more water in the morning and less at night.
5. The best hour to sleep is from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m.
6. Do not lay down on bed immediately after drink medicine.
7. If you only have 1 bar on your mobile phone battery status, do not answer any calls, because the radiation increases 100 times at that time.

A call? Uh no, better have catnap

cool! This is really helpful and it is like a warning to all especially it is a health-related topic. I was likely affected to the tip regarding cellular phone (#7) because I do that.Well, if my phone rings right now, i wouldn’t answer it.:))
