Hello readers, in the world of consuming non healthy food, and quick lifestyle, fast motion meeting with clients, we just don’t have time to pick our food that is healthy enough to consume, I don’t blame you then.I would suggest that taking food in various fruits or vegetables. This is the one method to keep you healthy.
Other ways are working out at Gym and do work out to let go your stress, weight lifting is good also to maintain the density of the muscles.
Jogging or running daily around 30 minutes is quite fun to do it with your dogs and small cool down is required to steam out the negative energy from your systems.
Swimming 3 times a week can be benefit too, for older peoples this type of exercise not only healthy to your heart also strengthen the muscle naturally, and making your lungs capacity of O2 even improved.
Taking Yoga class, to meditate and practice internal energy is quite often applied by women who are too busy with their family and office matters, is a best way to reach inner calmness and avoid stress.
Last but not least my favorites after working out is Sauna Room, this is a must “do”, it’s making your body steam out and extract the sweat and making your freshness to become normal temperature with surrounding, try this please.

yogasanas and pranayama are the best ways to keep yourself fit and healthy. Also in addition to fruits and vegetables, including sprouts in your daily diet is very good for health.
Resistance training is a great way to look good - it really helps you lose weight (more muscle = higher metabolism) and once you’re no longer fat it can help with developing even bigger muscle. You can’t go wrong here.
a good advice: don’t eat anything after 7pm. this gives your body time to process all the food until you go to bed. & eat healthy (unhealthy and unbalanced diets cause a lot of diseases)
Jogging every single day is kind of exhausting. It is much better to jog few times a week but for hour or more.
Also swimming is a good way to keep your body fit, pity that i havent enough time to practice it.

If you want to healthy, then you sould eat healthy foods like apples, oranges, drink Welches juices that are 100% real fruit juice.
Nice tips about staying healthy (or getting more healthy). Eating fruits and vegetables is what I would reccomend to anyone.
Those of you that don’t like running or walking should bike instead. Overall, biking is a much more beneficial exercise.

It’s not just diet that has to be emphasized for a healthy lifestyle. You need to engage in physical activity. This is difficult in our current culture, which likes to stay home and watch television and play video games.
Some good tips here. Hate the sauna though - too much steam and I’m really sick
