- Avoid fried foods.
- Avoid eating between meals.
- Avoid ‘junk food’ and fast food.
- Avoid processed foods.
- Avoid sugar intake and replace it with honey.
- Avoid sweets.
- Avoid being stressful, but in case you have problem on how to avoid it, please find some activities that you can release stress with those activities. If you like dancing or playing music like piano, that would be great to help you decrease being stressful.
- Inactive lifestyle.
Do you often spend your time working in your desk and in front of your computer? Or, perhaps too much sleep and watching TV? Then, I am sure you know what to do to replace that ineffective and unhealthy lifestyle. Make yourself useful for others, for instance, by doing volunteer work can make you healthy physically and spiritually. If you have no other choice but to work in desk and with computer, try to have a bit rest and relaxation plus a simple exercise in between your working hours.
