How to Stay Healthy During Recession

As we had closed our 2008 pages and started new pages of 2009, what are your best recipes to stay healthy during global financial crisis?
Needless to say, I believe that your first step would be, find alternative methods to replace your health programs with the efficient ones.
As I have mentioned in my previous postings, increasing daily intake of fresh foods, especially vegetables and fruits, can replace your costly multi vitamins pills or capsules. The manufacturers of these stuffs even stated in their packages that although we already drink those multi vitamins, but still cannot replace the true functions from eating fresh vegetables and fruits. I understand that in this fast-paced era, where we often get trapped in hectic life and schedules, most often we need something that is practical and simple to do. Drink pills or capsules instead of eating fresh nutritional foods.
So, is there any other way for the solution?
If during your busy time you are unable to have much time eating fresh fruits, you can have them drink by making it as juice. Furthermore, you can combine some various fruits into a glass of fruit juice! And, based on a study, please consume the seasonal fruits so you will gain two benefits at the same time. First, seasonal fruits are cheaper than non-seasonal fruits, because they usually grow and ripe in abundant amount so the cost is decreasing. Moreover, the most important thing is, seasonal fruits give more added value in your health since its nutrition will be the maximum and able to maintain your health during the harsh weather in that season, as well as to cure your illness naturally.
Besides rest and relax, or doing some yoga and meditation, do you have another way to release your stress or depression? If you are an animal lover and love to play with animals or your pet, congratulations! Many researches proofed that if you own and take care animals at your home can make you healthy, not only physically, also psychologically.
An aquarium with colorful or other various fishes and related creatures, can calm you down if you feel intense. Especially if you can play with animals in outdoor surrounding, that will be the greatest thing for both, you and the animals will maintain a healthy lifestyle naturally. Becoming one with our surroundings, animals and nature perform significant impact to our overall health. Back to nature is the best possible solution to stay healthy.
