Snoring Is More Than Annoying!
by Christian Goodman
Whether you want to know about why people snore or find ways to cure it, you’ll find information without having to search very hard. Given the number of people who snore, it’s no wonder that it is a very popular topic.
But unless you’ve ever been caught sitting in a crowded airport terminal on a Friday afternoon, waiting to catch a delayed flight home with your head thrown back, your mouth gaping wide while children sit around your feet laughing uncontrolled, well, you just haven’t fully understood the embarrassment that snoring can bring to your life.
Attempting a restful plane ride seems reasonable enough, until you realize that everyone around you was either annoyed or having a laugh during your slumber.
Those who live with us may be accustomed to our snoring. However, they do not – cannot – understand the mortifying feelings the snorer himself.
Does anything really compete with having to be jostled or tapped by someone when we’re making a spectacle of ourselves in a crowded situation?
Knowing that you’ve been disruptive is minuscule when compared to the humiliation of actually being caught. And the piano recitals, the high school graduations, weddings there is simply no end to the indignity that a snorer must suffer.
What are our options to avoid this? Tons of caffeine to become a jittery mess instead of a noise maker? Just staying home?
Maybe you can find the most uncomfortable position possible to ensure that you stand absolutely no chance of dozing when you’re in any public situation. Or perhaps you can just commit yourself to forever avoiding churches, chairs, or warm auditoriums.
The Stop Snoring Exercise Program makes it possible to live ’snore-free.’
No matter what the culprit of your snoring is, The Stop Snoring Exercise Program can tackle the problem.
Snoring can be a sound of the past with special exercises that address the problem.
At the same time, you’ll be improving your breathing and increasing respiratory flow. Preparing for ’snoreless sleep’ can take a bit of effort but it can certainly be done with practice.
Sleeping better at night can also prevent the urge to dose during the day. Imagine knowing that you may no longer dose off in public places. Or if you do, it’s much less likely you’ll be caught!

Its a great post. Its a common problem with aged persons. It can helps them a lot.
However, if you are having other issues like: sleepiness during the day, failure to concentrate, excessive snoring (you wake people up in other rooms), then its something that probably should be checked out by a physician.
I had post this comment earlier at this blog. I wanna some tips about hair loss. I am loosing my hair since last 6 months. Pls guide if you have some idea.
This is true. While nature may set the conditions for evolution to occur, there is an element of random chance involved as well. For example, a random point mutation may occur in an organism’s genome that leads to phenotypic change, which is independent of environmental conditions.
The simplest solution is to get your spouse a set of earplugs. Lol. You’ve provided some excellent tips!
Nice post! I had trouble in sleeping with my co-member in our project because he snored frequently. Our hypothesis was maybe he have some heart problems and he better needs medical attention. However, i think I can better advise him to do some exercises first before considering visiting to a doctor. thanks for the help:)
Nice post with have good info. When you fall asleep the muscles in your mouth and throat relax. This causes snoring in some people when the muscles as the air passing through your nose cause the tissue in your nose and throat to vibrate.
i know its a bad habit..
you can get him to wear breathe right strips for snoring before he falls asleep, or turn him on his side, this will stop his snoring, or go to another room of the house i.e. the living room and sleep on the couch good luck to you…
I take it that you’ve tried Breath Rite strips and those throat sprays. My husband says that since I went onto the C-pap, my snoring has decreased dramatically. You may suffer from sleep apnea and after testing you are found to have apnea, your doctor can prescribe a C-pap after you complete a sleep study.
I know I would have a very difficult time with the death of my kitties but rest assured you gave her a good home and loved her and that’s more than most cats get.
Hmmm….I’ve heard good things about those Breath Rite strips mentioned here. May give them a try to subdue my snoring.
I used to snore all the time and since losing weight, just a little, has helped enormously.
