    Well, starving yourself definitely isn’t an option, as your body goes into starvation mode and stores everything you do eat– which actually causes you to gain weight.

    KEEP IT SIMPLE. Burn more calories than you take in and you’ll lose weight.

    Walking is the best exercise, it’s easy & simple, everyone can do it, regardless age & gender. Even my doctor advice me to regularly walking in the morning once after I recovered from Lymphadenitis. And for weight loss, it is also good to burn fat, but must carefully examine your calories intake, and check further whether you have any other ailment that prevent you to do walking exercise.
