Well, it’s a very good thing I like my tomatoes…. I think it makes a great mid afternoon snack for those folks who are on a diet. I know I get my fill for just 20 calories.
Very useful infomation. Some great soul had said “You are what you eat” Very true ! We send in all kinds of poison into our stomach daily for years and finally it takes its revenge on you.
