Is there really absolute FREE Natural Remedies to stay healthy?
Based on what I have read in health magazines and articles, which underwent a thorough scientific research, laugh and be happy are the best natural vaccines to keep you healthy, especially during hardships. Moreover, they are great to prevent illness and as antidote for your illness, these two Natural Remedies are the rare ones with NO COST at all. Particularly, we are still facing this global financial crisis at this moment.
A laughter is healthy to your heart, based on a study from University of Maryland, US. How we can laugh if we rarely meet our family and friends? Easy! Watch sitcom (comedy show) in TV or movies in cinema. Please do not forget, make it as your regular hobby too. The effect from this hobby to your body - which you most probably will laugh spontaneously - is similar with how the medicine for heart disease works. Thus, it could widening your vein.
If you often laugh, not only you will stay healthy, you become happy and it could affect your surroundings. According to the researchers, happiness is spread through people who share the same time and space. I wonder, have you had any experience of being happy by chatting in the internet (text chatting, voice chatting with or without webcam)? It is very intriguing to find out more, please share your stories here by leaving them in the comment section below.
Happiness is contagious and infectious, it has “ripple” effect through social groups such as family and friends. Based on a research, the effect creates “clusters” of happy and unhappy people, both socially and in geographical terms. A study in The Bristish Medical Journal said, “Changes in individual happiness can ripple through social networks and generate large scale structure in the network, giving rise to clusters of happy and unhappy individuals and most important from our perspective is the recognition that people are embedded in social networks and that the health and well-being of one person affects the health and well-being of others.”

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
