Especially during hard times, like these days we’re having the global economy meltdown, it’s the utmost necessary to find natural and free methods to keep us stay fit. Based on various studies, laughing and even crying are the free natural remedies to stay healthy. You can have a look again in my previous posting about the benefits of laughing and being happy. On my past experience during my terminal illness, I love to watch anything that makes me laugh: sitcom, comedy shows in TV or buy comedy movies DVD. It really helped me a lot to my healing process. If you need just a smile or laugh when you feel bored or in bad mood, I strongly suggest you go often visit I Can Has Cheezburger? site at http://icanhascheezburger.com/
Arnold Glasow pointed out that laughter is a tranquilizer with no side effects. While crying on the other hand is a release, a psychological tonic. Moreover, not only can make you relieve and lift your burdens up, also releases toxins through the tears but also releases endorphins, much like exercising does. Above all, cry is for everyone, regardless of gender and not only for babies or females, because it is natural, healthy and curative.

Laughing is healthy, that’s for sure but I don’t agree with you that crying is also good for health. Crying out of grief is gonna harm you a lot. So better follow yogic rules for cleaning your eyes by starring a candle or the Rising Sun Early in the morning(never do later in daytime), which will not only clean your eyes but also improves eye sight. You can also stare at the moon on the full moon day. This is called as “Thraat” in yogic terms and its said that with continues practice of this starring at moon and Rising Sun daily you will again the powers to see even in darkness. The so called Sadus or Rushis of Himalayas have this ability to see even in darkness with practice of this.
Hope this Helps…
