soybean is really a very good source of protein which can be an alternative as a substitute for meat.. most of the health conscious were using this vegetable as their substitute in eating meat. Another reason is that to avoid sickness like high blood pressure and heart attack.

As what I have read it is the most important point regarding the use of soybeans for human nutrition is the absolute necessity to cook the soybean with “wet” heat in order to destroy the trypsin inhibitors; serine protease inhibitors. Do not eat raw soybeans!

we all know that meat is rich in protein but there is a vegetable which is equivalent to meat in terms of its nutritional fact?? this is the soybeans that has the scientific name: Glycine max.. the food that we often use at home that has soybeans is the soy sauce.. but it is good to eat the real soybean.. nice post..
