    Well i think its better to do no much but be consistent. If you cant spare time to gym, walk atleast 1 kms a day but do it every day.

    Can you, personally, tell the difference between a fit body and naturally skinny body? Like fit meaning, someone who works out a LOT and looks great and naturally skinny meaning, just skinny but not really muscular and toned.
