This wonderful post is a contribution from Ari Lestariono based on his own experience. Thanks Ari for sharing your tactics on depression treatment as holistic remedies.

If you happen to live at a house or residence near big street, or your residence is in front of Main Street as I do, the noise of traffic almost 20 hours a day would increase your depression, find the symptoms on how you are increasing the depressions.

  1. Your head is about to explode.
  2. Mood changes quickly, it’s like mood swing
  3. Blood pressure tends to boils
  4. Becoming easy on irritating.

The solution is not moving your house, if you can not afford to but being adaptive to the noise and treat them as harmony music in your life rhythm as we were doing meditations, this kind of exercise will neutralize the effect on the symptoms above. Please try as you will first feel a little bit uneasy when you go to a vacation on mountain and since the quiet silence that you may not hear every day, that was the author feeling.

Noisy? says who

Subsequently you notice that you become one with the noise, by practicing meditation to adapt the worst situation in your life is not easy, after doing it you will know that this will make your life healthier, by the way there is no perfect conditions in this life, since we all know we are not living in a perfect world, are you just “doing” or “being” in this life will depend on your daily activity.

Now let’s get back on living relax on noisy atmosphere, one thing you can do is have a pet a cat or dog, will reduce your noisy stress. If by any chance you are the kind of persons that working at home as away of life, having a pet is a good way to overcoming that mood swing.

Drink water on 8 - 10 glass daily to keep fresh, exercise on jogging or skipping.

Or you can do the installing the wall acoustic and put Air Conditions as this will reduce noise although not completely gone. Please have a try and let me know what you think

Filed Under (Natural Cure, Natural Remedies) by Eri on 07-11-2008

As you have read through my previous postings about water and how does it affect to your body as natural healing, so how do water correlate with mind?

I am sure you haven’t forgotten this sayings:

You Are What You Eat (of course including what you drink), and

You Are What You Think!

Definitely, what you eat (drink) and what you think are becoming one in shaping your life style.

Maybe you don’t believe it and need some proof about it, please see video below.

13 Ailments Caused by Lack of Water

Filed Under (Natural Cure, Natural Remedies) by Eri on 04-11-2008

Most people don’t think they need to worry about dehydration. To them, dehydration is something that happens to travelers in the desert when they run out of water. But there is a chronic form of dehydration that does not have the sudden and intense nature of the acute form. Chronic dehydration is widespread in the present day and affects everyone who is not drinking enough liquid.

This list of 13 symptoms will inspire you to go get a glass of water, and then another, and another…

After each symptom the list below will show how lack of fluid affects the issue.

1. Fatigue, Energy Loss: Dehydration of the tissues causes enzymatic activity to slow down.

2. Premature Aging: The body of a newborn child is composed of 80 percent liquid, but this percentage declines to no more than 70 percent in an adult and continues to decline with age.

3. Excess Weight and Obesity: We may overeat because we crave foods rich in water. Thirst is often confused with hunger.

4. High and Low Blood Pressure: The body’s blood volume is not enough to completely fill the entire set of arteries, veins, and capillaries.

5. Cholesterol: When dehydration causes too much liquid to be drained from inside the cells, the body tries to stop this loss by producing more cholesterol.

6. Constipation: When chewed food enters the colon, it contains too much liquid to allow stools to form properly, and the wall of the colon reduces it. In chronic dehydration, the colon takes too much water to give to other parts of the body.

7. Digestive Disorders: In chronic dehydration, the secretion of digestive juices is less.

8. Gastritis, Stomach Ulcers: To protect its mucous membranes from being destroyed by the acidic digestive fluid it produces, the stomach secretes a layer of mucus.

9. Respiratory Troubles: The mucous membranes of the respiratory region are slightly moist to protect the respiratory tract from substances that might be present in inhaled air.

10. Acid-Alkaline Imbalance: Dehydration activates an enzymatic slowdown producing acidification.

11. Eczema: Your body needs enough moisture to sweat 20 to 24 ounces of water, the amount necessary to dilute toxins so they do not irritate the skin.

12. Cystitis, Urinary Infections: If toxins contained in urine are insufficiently diluted, they attack the urinary mucous membranes.

13. Rheumatism: Dehydration abnormally increases the concentration of toxins in the blood and cellular fluids, and the pains increase in proportion to the concentration of the toxins.

Water, The Mysticism and Natural Healing

Filed Under (Miscellaneous, Natural Cure) by Eri on 30-10-2008

Masaru Emoto has been conducting worldwide research on the effect of ideas, words, and music upon the molecules of water, and the descriptions above in the video are taken from the book of his published results.

Sometimes, when we cannot see the immediate results of our prayers and affirmations, we think that we have failed. But, as we learn through Masaru Emoto’s amazing photographs, that thought of failure itself becomes represented in the physical objects that surround us. Now that we have seen this, perhaps we can begin to realize that even when immediate results are invisible to the unaided human eye, they are there. When we love our own bodies, they respond. When we send our love to the Earth, she responds.

For our own bodies at birth are 70 percent water, and the percentage of water in our bodies remains high throughout life (depending upon weight and body type). Also, the earth’s surface is 70 percent water. And now we have seen before our eyes the proof that water is far from inanimate, but are actually alive and responsive to our every thought and emotion. Perhaps, having seen this, we can begin to really understand the awesome power that we possess, through choosing our thoughts and intentions, to heal ourselves and the earth. If only we believe.

Water, The Best Natural Cure (Part 2)

Filed Under (Natural Cure, Natural Remedies) by Eri on 28-10-2008

The most beautiful and profound emotion we can experience is the sensation of the mystical. It is the power of all true science.”

-Albert Einstein

A creative and visionary Japanese researcher Dr. Masaru Emoto has published an important book, The True Power of Water: Healing and Discovering Ourselves from the findings of his worldwide research.

He discovered the impact of our thoughts on the structure of water. On average, the human body is about 60% water - all but our little brains which are about 70% water. Our blood is about 80% water and our lungs, 90% water.

Several experiments have been carried out to help us visualize the resulting effect dissolved substances, and even just thoughts or sounds, may have on water. The very popular pictures taken by Dr. Emoto and his team illustrate this point. Under a microscope, the arrangement of natural, unpolluted and well handled water molecules appear hexagonal and symmetrical, arranged in harmonious patterns.

Dr. Emoto shows with his amazing images of water crystals, we know that not all water is the same especially at its subtle structures. In order to maintain full health you have to make sure you are drinking healthy living water. By drinking healthy living water you are positioning your body to be at optimal health.

You are better able to ward off sickness because you have a boosted immune system. You are also more likely to lose weight, slow down the aging process, and better absorb important nutrients including vitamins and minerals.

Water, The Best Natural Remedies (Part 1)

Filed Under (Natural Cure, Natural Remedies) by Eri on 25-10-2008

In this world, is there anything that can replace water?

When I was traveling I used to equip myself very well, such as provided a wet tissue in my handy bag or a small bottle of liquid to clean up my hands just in case if I found no water during the trip. Although those cleaning tools are antiseptic with perfume, I still feel my hands are not well clean as if I washed my hands with water. Then I realized what the world is going to be without water. Therefore, based on my observation I think water is the only natural thing that is not replaceable with any other materials made by human.

Did you know that approximately 70% of the human body is made up of water? It should be obvious then that the kind of water we are drinking is extremely important. For our body to be at optimal health, we need to be consuming the most beneficial water possible.

Here are some startling facts and statistics:

- 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.

- 37% have suppressed their thirst mechanism to the point that it is often misinterpreted for hunger.

- Even mild dehydration can slow down one’s metabolic rate by as much as 3%.

- A University of Washington study, found that nearly all participating dieters were able to deter their midnight hunger pangs by just drinking a glass of water.

- The No. 1 trigger of daytime fatigue is lack of water.

- Preliminary research has indicated that drinking 8-10 glasses of water each day could improve back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

- A mere 2% drop in body water can negatively affect short-term memory and the ability to concentrate.

- Drinking five glasses of water each day can decrease the risk of breast cancer by as much as 79%, bladder cancer by 50%, colon cancer by 45%, and deadly heart attack by 41%.

So now do you believe that water serves as the best natural remedies and natural cure?
